Todd Brussel is a Managing Director at Whitehall, focused on investment banking and asset-based and structured finance across a variety of sectors, including: energy, clean energy and energy storage; emerging market telecommunications; infrastructure and project finance; transportation, equipment and leasing, and real estate.

Mr. Brussel has over 20 years of investment banking, capital raising and financing experience across boutique and bulge bracket platforms at StormHarbour Partners, RBS Greenwich Capital and J.P.Morgan. He has raised or allocated several billion dollars of debt, equity and mezzanine capital for corporations, projects, asset managers, banks and insurance companies, having worked on transactions and with investors across the major geographies of North America, Europe, MENA, Asia and Latin America. Clients have included Fortune/FTSE 500 global companies, financial institutions, middle market enterprises, private equity portfolio companies, middle market enterprises, family offices, emerging growth companies and proven management teams.
